2. Client Responsibilities

Clients are expected to:

  • Provide accurate information about the issues faced.

  • Ensure that any data backups are completed prior to service.

  • Disclose any previous repair attempts or modifications.​

3. Data Privacy and Confidentiality

We prioritize the confidentiality of your data. All client information and data encountered during repairs are treated with strict confidentiality. We adhere to data privacy best practices to ensure your information remains secure.​

4. Turnaround Time

Standard repairs are typically completed within 2-4 business days. However, this may vary based on the complexity of the issue and availability of parts. Customers will be notified of any delays.​

5. Payment Terms

  • Payment is due upon completion of services and prior to pick up.

  • Accepted payment method is debit/credit by our online processor. You will receive a link to pay prior to pick up.

  • A detailed invoice will be provided for all services rendered.​

6. Warranty and Liability

  • We offer a 30 day warranty on parts and labor for the services provided.

  • This warranty does not cover issues arising from user error, software conflicts, or subsequent hardware failures unrelated to the original repair.

  • While we take utmost care in handling your devices, we are not liable for data loss. Clients are advised to back up data prior to service.​

7. Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse service for:​

  • Devices suspected of containing illegal content.

  • Requests that may compromise our ethical or moral standards or violate laws.

  • Situations where the repair poses a safety risk.​

  • Customers that we deem to treat us or our property unfairly or unkindly.

  • Customers that visit our work address without an appointment.

8. Client Authorization

By submitting your device for repair, you authorize Milford Computer Repair to perform the necessary diagnostics and repairs. You acknowledge that repairs may involve disassembly and reassembly of your device.​

9. Abandoned Devices

Devices left unclaimed for more than 30 days after service completion will be considered abandoned. We reserve the right to dispose of or resell such devices in accordance with applicable laws.​
