30-Day Limited Warranty.

Effective Date: June 18, 2025

1. Coverage

We warrant that all repair services performed will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of 30 days from the date of repair completion.

2. What Is Covered

This warranty covers:

  • Defects in parts provided and installed by Milford Computer Repair.

  • Labor associated with the repair services performed.

3. What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

  • Issues arising from misuse, abuse, or accidents.

  • Problems caused by unauthorized modifications or repairs by third parties.

  • Software issues, including viruses or malware, unless explicitly stated in the service invoice.

  • Data loss; clients are responsible for backing up data prior to service.

4. Warranty Claims

To make a warranty claim:

  • Contact us within the 30-day warranty period.

  • Provide the original service invoice and a detailed description of the issue.

  • Allow us to inspect the device to determine the validity of the claim.​

5. Remedies

If a valid warranty claim is made:

  • We will, at our discretion, repair or replace the defective part or re-perform the service at no additional cost.

  • If repair or replacement is not feasible, we may offer a refund for the service performed.

6. Limitations

  • This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original client.

  • Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.

  • We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Governing Law

This warranty shall be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.​
